9.1- The nom. and voc. use the short accent both for the m. and n. gender, except for the nom. pl. m. when the accent is long and not short.

9.2- The gen., dat. and abl. use, always, the long accent.

9.3- The accent for the accusative is always short except for the masculine pl. gender, which uses the long accent.
