This page will deal with a discussion on Fibonacci and his contributions to the development of mathematics as well as some extensive translations from his book Liber Abaci. After perusing this subject, I am of the view that scholars, in general, may have underestimated the personal academic contribution made by Fibonacci of Pisa and perhaps Frederick II, rex Siciliae.
