2nd Pers. sing. Pres. Ind.

1st Pers. sing. Perfect Ind.

Present Infinitive

Example:

Amo    =  I love

Amas  =  You (thou) love

Amavi  =  I loved

Amare =  To love

Summarising a verb in all its tenses is called: Paradigm; you can see examples in Lesson 2 and the Reference section of this web site.  Likewise, listing the full declension of a noun is also a paradigm. The form just illustrated related to a verb listed in a dictionary is also a form of paradigm by convention.
